  • Delivery & Returns
    Delivery All orders will only be shipped Wednesday - Friday. Please allow up to 1 day for your order to be processed and up to 2 working days to be delivered depending on delivery method. Please note, that all delivery times are approximates and we cannot guarantee these time scales. Please make sure you place your order in advance if you are running low on stock. If for any reason you require your package sooner please get in touch via the ‘contact us’ page. Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs - Tracked delivery aimed to deliver within 2 working days after your order has been processed. Price - £4. Royal Mail Tracked 24hrs - Tracked delivery aimed to deliver the next working day after your order has been processed. Price - £5. Free Collection - Collection is available Tuesday-Thursday (hours might vary) from Block 6 Studios, Third Road, Blantyre, G72 0UP. You will be emailed once your order is ready to pick up. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information. Galdem Glamour will not be responsible for any orders that have been confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail but reported as stolen or lost by the customer. Returns You are welcome to return any unwanted and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please visit our ‘contact us’ page to get in touch. The customer is responsible for any and all return fees incurred when posting items back. Galdem Glamour will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any chosen shipping service. Please ensure you are returning items with a trackable option. Refunds are given on any returned item(s) which is sent back to us within 14 days of receiving. Please note that no refunds will be given on items that arrive damage or used. Once it has been checked by us, your refund will be processed and it may take up to 10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.     We hold information about our customers as part of day to day business, acknowledging orders, delivering to customers, answering enquiries and organising training courses. We work with third parties who provide us with online shopping portal access and marketing our products, which means that they too may have access to customer information. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to provide us with your details, so that we may send you your products or book you on a training course. If you do not agree to us having your details for the purposes stated in this policy, you should not place an order. Our Partners In order for us to do business over the internet, we have third party partners who provide us with access to online shopping portals so that we can take orders and fulfil them. They also take payments on our behalf. We use social media to make reordering easier and advertise our products. Our marketing partners may use positive comments and feedback left on social media as part of ongoing marketing and advertising campaigns we run from time to time. What we do with your information We use the information you provide us with to be able to take your orders, confirm them and deliver them. We have contact details to confirm training bookings, contact you if we have a problem concerning your orders and to contact you with responses to any enquiries you may make. Our shopping portal partners have your email contact details to be able to notify you when you have placed an order, take payments, notify you of your order’s delivery and contact you with replies to any enquiries you may make via the partners’ websites. We may use email for advertising our products and training courses. Our third party partners may use cookies to collect information relating to the use of their websites and social media services. Managing your information We do not hold or retain payment information or any bank details, these are managed by our shopping portal partners, who have their own privacy policies and data management procedures. We have up to date anti-virus software which is regularly used and facilities for backing up our computer equipment so that we can keep our business data and records safe. We do not retain customer records, those are held by our partners. If we have received emails making enquiries, complaints or positive comments, we keep them in order for us to respond to you and follow up any ongoing or new enquiries or issues. Emails that have not been the subject of further correspondence are deleted after a year, if not sooner. We do not keep lists of email addresses or other contact details in databases. What happens if you no longer want us to hold your details If you no longer want us to keep your details please let us know by contacting galdemglamour@hotmail.com and we will delete any details we have for you.

  • Our Booking Policy (Appointments)
    New Client Policy All new clients that book in through the booking system, will be contacted via text message (please ensure you have entered the correct phone number) to pay a deposit. Appointment may be cancelled if deposit is not paid. 50% for all new clients booked in with Oliwia. 30% for all clients booked in with Holly. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if you change your appointment at least 48hrs before your appointment. General Policies If you no show for an appointment and you want to book back in for a treatment, full payment for missed appointment and new appointment will be required upon booking. If you no show, don't communicate and have no intention of paying for missed appointment, you will not be able to book back in, in the future. If you cancel or reschedule within 48hrs of the appointment, 50% of the appointment price is required before you are able to get booked back in again. If you are late, depending on the treatment, we will accommodate as much as we possibly can. This will result in your treatment time being shortened but full payment will still be required. A cleaning charge of £5 will be applied if you fail to come to appointment with clean lashes. No make up, mascara or eyeshadow. Do not wear strip lash extensions for at least a week before your appointment. DO NOT put strip lashes over lash extensions, if you do and you have booked in for an infill, they will be removed and you will be charged full appointment price. We do not infill other peoples work. COVID is no longer a valid excuse to cancel/reschedule within 48hrs of you appointment, in order to not be charged a fee, proof of a registered COVID test to the government is required to be shown. If you book in for a specific treatment but change your mind on the day and it leaves a gap in our diary, you will be charged full price of the whole appointment.
